More alive than Ferdinand, anyway!

When my roomie lived in NYC, she shared an apartment with a Filipino lady who was Mrs. Marcos' press person (who was then on the lam, her visa having expired, but in the pre- 9/11 days never seems to get nailed and was living in a Filipino Doctor's palatial upper East Side apartment). In any case, she told stories often of Maria Theresa getting phone calls in the middle of the night and on the other end of the phone was Imelda.
