Has anyone used Buy.com?
 

I found a great price on something I want to buy but I can't find their return/exchange policy nor have I heard of anyone who has purchased from there.

Anyone?

My husband has purchased computer items from them. I don't think he has ever returned anything though.
We did just get an email from them saying we could save $20 on any $50 purchase if we used the new google check out instead of buy.coms check out button. That seems really strange to me though!

I've purchased a few odds and ends from them. They sent the right thing on time. I have never delt with returns at buy.com

My brother thinks they're great and is constantly recommending them, but I don't know about returns.

Thanks everyone! I think I'll buy my item from there. With the $20 google check-out and a $50 rebate we're saving quite a bit of money.

I don't plan on returning the item, but if it's broken or defective I wanted to know if I'd be hassled. I was thinking of buying the item from Costco since they have a great return policy. The online price is $30 more (same bundle). I should check in-store.

Just use your credit card - and if there's any trouble with returning something - you can fall back on their protection.
