On another note, my wife is on hormone replacement therapy, and she takes Primerin. It's made from pregnant horse pee. However, we try to not think about that- it's better than the alternative!

Yeah... when I first heard about Premarin, PREgnant MARe's urINe, I was surprised at the name - truth in advertising, I guess.

That disturbs me on a molecular level.

But as a person in recovery.. i can relate to the pretty gnarly things that are done in desperation...

Side effects include whinnying, occasional chomping at the bit, and a desire to eat oats.

Urine drinking, while I wouldn't say its common, isn't unheard of and so long as you drink it fresh is pretty much sterile.

You can find several different therapeutic claims for it. But if people think it can get you high then that will finally bring it into the mainstream.

We should just legalize meth so that I can easy by the good cold medicine again.
