Jury Duty
 

It took the SF Superior Court 4 years to get me out of their system after I moved to VA. Even though I kept sending them my VA DL and a proof of address. So I move back in July 2006, I'm already in the friggin pool and have a Summons for the week of the Lashbear meet. :mad:

Needless to say, I'm calling to postpone and have, until August :mad:

Of course, I won't mind my civic duty, but sheesh, I've got plans, morons!

I just finished Jury Duty - if selected it would have been a 4 week trial. It was an especially gruesome murder and the jurors would have been required to view the crime scene photos. I watch CSI through my fingers there was no way. I would have had nightmares forever. I got excused.

Seems a lot of my coworkers have been called in the last couple months. There isn't a jury duty season as far as I know...
