Okay, it's been a day........got anything to report on your trip South?

Lol! Hi, Snow! Well, we got in a lot later last night than anticipated, so I slept in until nearly noon.

Great trip, met up with the Lashes several times, and even though they were feeling ill they were total troopers and continued to push the vacation envelope. Poor Lashbear was actually running a pretty good fever after dinner at the PCH, but some ibuprofrin knocked it down a bit and he was able to party on. (Anyone heard how they are doing/feeling?)

I just have to say that they are the funnest, funniest and sweetest guys around, and I feel privileged to have met them IRL. My sis really got on well with everyone, and I plan on signing her up to our Swanky vortex asap. I'll write a mini-trip report with pics later today, but suffice it to say we had a really fun time and it was great to see everyone who was able to make it to the Park!:cheers:

Oh good! Look forward to the illustrated report later on. I just got off the phone with Lashbear, he sounds a bit tired, but it could have been the cell connection. He did say that they were working on getting internet in their hotel, so will be online later.

YAY for being safely home! It was great to see you and Tori as always and wonderful to meet your sis and nephew. I wish I had more time to spend with you guys. I wanted to give the kids some pins for their collection. I'll either mail some up or wait for next visit (since me and the mail system seem to have a continual disconnect going on).

I'm glad to hear that you made it home safely, I'm just sad that we didn't get to meet up this visit :(

I'm so sad I missed you. Loonnngggg weekend and I just didn't quite make it up to the parks.

I'm sad I missed you, Coastermatt and Katiesue! It was kind of a low-key visit, but it was very nice. The last few were such big events (first the DL birthday, then Tori's, which lasted nearly as long as Disney's :rolleyes: ), that is was kind of nice to take things at a bit of a slower pace. We were really looking forward to a Universal Studios day, but my nephew was really not up to par and we decided some downtime was needed. He perked up the next day, so I think it was for the best, but I am absolutely determined to hit the Studios next time. In fact, we may fly into LA, stay there for a couple, then hit Anaheim. I love Disneyland, but it would be nice to look around SoCal more in the future.
