And what is the nature of that all-tile room where Zane is chatting with neighbor Peter?

It's got a window right there, but I usually think of tile walls in rooms with gushing water (i.e., I think Peter's overdressed for the occassion).

Which Sims is this - online? Sims II? I am so out of date when it comes to Sims stuff these days...
