Rainbow Mine Train?

There is a tread on another board about what extict attraction you would most like to ride. Several people mentioned the "Rainbow Mine Train". Does anyone know of a link to some photos of this attraction? I can't for the life of me remember anything about it.

Here is some info, along with a video clip of the DVD you can order. :)

Thanks.

OK, that explains part of it, I'm a just a bit too young for the rainbow train, but I should remember the Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland but I don't. I also have no memory of ever seeing the mules very strange. I guess I saved all my E's for the matterhorn. You young pups don't know how lucky you are not to have to pick and choose what attractions to see and what to skip because you only had so many tickets....

Afterwatching the video, add Dal McKennon to my list of people I would like to sit down and chat with for a while.

Some of the before and after pictures on this site are heart wrenching.

I know. Truth be told, I wouldn't mind owning every DVD they offer. They all look wonderful.

I've got over 40 of the Extinct Attractions DVDs. The "documentary" ones are great - they put a lot of care into the presentation.
The ones that feature raw footage of the parks are basically unedited family camcorder stuff with no added narration or music - these can be a little wearying to watch, I find.
They also sell DVDs of TV specials and promo videos. The quality on these varies wildly, but many are absolutely priceless.
If you do order from them, you should keep in mind that they are basically a one-man operation with a couple of helpers. Sometimes I receive a package within a week of placing the order, but there have been several occasions when we had to go back and forth with emails and phone calls for months before I got my packages.
All in all, I'm glad Dave is around, doing what he does.

...and the Nature's Wonderland DVD is particularly good.

I know that the magazine "E-Ticket" ran an article with pictures about the Rainbow mine train. I hope this helped.

Glad you brought up this link MC. I just discovered this site last night and ended up buying the dvds for Mine Train, Innerspace and Knotts Berry Tales (A gift for Deery Lou! Shhhh.) I'm looking forward to riding the Mine Train again!

And it had oneof my favorite attractions posters ever!

This is a pic of the pin version of the poster, sadly.
