Does "glucklich" mean lucky? I always thought it meant happy?

I always use "fröhlich" for happy. But, upon looking up glücklich in the dictionary, it also means happy. I don't speak/understand well enough to be able to translate the nuances.

From what I can figure out(and I am probably wrong) Frohlich is the act of becoming happy whereas gluclich means you just are....I guess:confused:

And now, stuck in my head: "Willkommen, bienvenue, welcome..."

you think that was set up? I mean why would the kid be filming himself like that? Or was it a secret parental camera or something? Just an odd thing that they just "happen" to be taping.
