I know a lot of people have mixed emotions about her, but there's no denying her impact on American culture. I, for one, applaud her for being a bridge of kindness to gays and to those suffering with AIDS. I'm glad she was able to get that interview in with Larry King. I knew it was only a matter of moments for her.

I saw the article with pictures of her. She was a strong woman. It is sad to hear of her passing and moreso her suffering. She seemed quite accepting of her fate.

Rest in peace, Tammy Faye.

Back when their big scandle hit back in the, what 80's? - I had one of those small buttons that read - "I'd rather meet my maker than look like Tammy Baker."

Sadly, the mascara industry just lost a good chunk of their yearly profits.
