Did I get your attention?

You do have to admit that each birthday brings a brand new year and what do we do at each New Year? We make Resolututions.

What is mine? I have neglected you swanky people and this swngin' pad. I am sorry for that. I resolve to hang around here more often from mow on. Why? Becaue you are some of the coolest and swankiest people around.

Yes I did. I am having a BBQ on Friday night. I also celebrated in another way. I decided that it was about time that I make do something piositive for my health. So I made a fitness goal. Starting on August 25th I got on my exercise bike for at least 25 minutes each day for the 25 days before my 25th Birthday. I've never felt better. I've even lost weight. I am going to continue to ride my bike every day and increase the amount of time as I go.

As for today anyone want to share the Birthday pizza I am about to order? I'm taking orders now!
