Did you feel it? Version 2.0
Or at least that's what it felt like here in HB at 1:55 this morning.
To my dismay, I was about to fall asleep after a night of grinding away on a 10-page case that's due tomorrow. BLAH! Anyone else feel it? |
Nope, but to be fair at 1:55am it would have to be of a magnitude such that it would be guaranteed to make the lead on the morning news, worldwide before I would feel it. Oh, and I'd probably need to be a little closer than a few thousand miles from the epicenter I suppose.
No, but - WTF? Tom had picked me up from work and were in the area of Western/Melrose at 9:24 PM when the whole sky lit up a sickly green color. It was bright actually, which was odd considering it was so foggy, and NIGHT. We have no idea what it was, but I for one welcome our new insect overlords.
Nope. I was passed the F out.
Visible mojo for LSPE and her invocation of our insect overlords.
I missed the shaking and the cisit by insect overlords, but Calliope woke me up at some undetermined time in the night to give me a facial. Ahhh, the exfoliating effects of cat tongue.
4.2? Call me when you get a real earthquake.
Interesting, I dreamed of an earthquake last night. To the best of my recollection, I didn't dream of insect overlords, although one of my dreams had a "war of the worlds" sort of feel.
Perhaps they weren't bugs after all, in which case, my dreams are starting to scare me a little. :) |
Earthquake? I thought that was just the cats playing Herd of Stampeding Wildebeasts Across the Serengeti. (It's their favorite nighttime game... )
