As long as we're drooling over games, CoasterMatt shared this link with me a couple of weeks ago...

Sam's Club has the Ultrapin for just under $5000 now, INCLUDING shipping (which is a BIG chunk a change).

There's a hack available that let's you use just about all of the Visual Pinball tables with the Ultrapin unit, too.

I'm begging Santa for one of these :)

But it is virtual pinball. I want the real thing.

And the pinball thing doesn't hold a keg. :p

A real pinball machine is a thing of beauty, but it can be a hell of a lot of work to maintain.

The Ultrapin is great, because you have so many games you can play (12 built in, plus tons more via VPinball/VPinmame), and you only have to occasionally replace flipper buttons.

Of course, if I had the money and the floor space, I'd have a serious game room, with plenty of pinball.

I know, but I need to tacit feel of a real pinball.

Granted, I wouldn't really want to own one because I would get real sick of it after a while.
