Asteroid to strike planet in Jan '08, Woo hoo!
 

Ok, so it's not this planet (it's Mars) and it's only a chance but it would be too cool! The comet strike on Jupiter was fun to watch, this could be so much cooler, and it's projected impact point is not far from one of the rovers so we could get some really nice photos....

Fun! That would be simply spectacular.

Oh great. First the writer's strike, then a comet strike.

Who's next?

A lightning strike? Pretty common, though, so it just isn't exciting.

We'll have to protest with a hunger strike. Maybe we'll get arrested. I hope is won't be the 3rd strike for anyone.

I hope to strike it rich one of these days

Comet probably made the mess... isn't there a stable elf that can do the cleanup?

They are all far to unstable.
