Last chance for IASW for nearly a year
 

Just a reminder that today is the last day of IASW before it goes down for major refurbishment. I'm not sure if they'll be replacing boats or just the flume, but suffice it to say, things will be different when it comes back up next holiday season. So if you want to get one last ride in... Today's the day.

I'm a little late getting my butt in gear for the noon meet, but I might get moving in time to join them for lunch. If any swankers wish to join me for a last ride through, call me on the cell.

Eh, if it were going down with the actual it's a small world attraction being available, I likely would have tried to arrange a major Disneyland meet.

Holiday version doesn't do it for me. And, of course, the final transition for a while from regular to holiday was simply not dramatic enough for a "Last Chance" small world meet.


I'm afraid small world is going out with a whimper, rather than a bang. And I believe it's coming back as holiday first before regular. Bah on that.
Because I'd love to have a fond welcome back meet where we all dress in traditional costumes from around the world! Heheh.

I've been having a kickback lazy weekend and I'm really gettin' into it.

2002 was the year w/o King Arthur Carrousel.
2008 will be the year w/o It's A Small World.

The regular version won't be back til February 6, 2009!

Nah, Haunted Mansion and the decor is what's coming down. Those creepy dolls don't take their leave until the 22nd.
