American Idol premiered last night
 

The new season of American Idol premiered last night.

In other news, I had maple basted pork roast from my new crock pot for dinner last night. It was yummy.

Not going to watch - not going to give in.

I think I would rather have my chest slowly waxed than watch that show.

My daughter had it on. I told her to turn it off after some strange man in a gold coat sang what I think was a spiritual.

To quote Dana Carvey as Bush I, "Nah gah da!" I kicked the Big Brother habit long ago, and I totally passed on Survivor this season. Now that I'm basically working farmer's hours, I must pass on American Idol. That would only lead into my watching House and onward into the night.

Plus, they TOTALLY screwed Melinda last year.

Would love to watch it, too busy.

But I must have that pork roast recipe!

I watched it - I've never wanted to go on a shooting spree that badly in my life....

Although it was nice to see Kevy try out...
