Another LoT exclusive! (Not Disneyland, but still relevant)

Okay, here's a semi-sequel to yesterday's home movies. No, it isn't Disneyland. It's vacation footage of my Dad and his sister (my lovely aunt Sharon) on a trip to New York City. There are some problem patches (a bit of badly exposed footage here and there, and a shot taken from an airplane with the zoom fully extended that will make you think of Cloverfield.) Anyway, check it out, but beware of singing dolls in the last few minutes.

Oh yeah, their trip was in 1964! Check it out!

Wow! Priceless!

OMGzorz, 1964 trip to New York. Hey, that's when I was in New York!! And it's when I fell in love with a certain set of singing dolls before anyone in California had ever heard of them.

I can't wait to watch tonite!

Permit me to bump this thread by noting that my page has now accumulated lots more movies. Now, they are VERY old home movies, and not necessarily of interest to anyone not in my family, but, if you want to see some really nifty images of just plain folk from Oklahoma, circa '41-'43, I recommend a visit. The clothes and vehicles are great to look at.

Oh, and in case I was too subtle about the original post, yes, there is footage of the New York World's Fair. I wish there was more of it, but it was a cool discovery all the same.

Sometime in the next couple of days, actual baby footage of me.

These are truly a treasure.

the section on the old free flight models is cool.

I need to update the link on the original post, as I've now shuffled things on my site around. This link will take you to the World's Fair segment.

I finally got to see this one! AMAZING! Now, I have to make my way through the rest.
