Mac AirPort Question

Does anyone on the board who is good with computer shenanigans know how I can turn my unsecured wireless network connection to a secured wireless network connection?

I have a AirPort Extreme white dealie that helps me hook up to the internets. I can't figure out how to make it secure so that my entire building doesn't clog up my intenet surfing with their internet surfing.

When I look at "available wireless network connections" I see other wireless customers out there with secured connections. I want to be one of them.

This should help (from the Apple Support Site):

Protecting your wireless network with Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 (WPA2)

If you REALLY want a secure Airport, try this.

Oh, I forgot to add that my laptop is a PC.
The AirPort is Mac.

You need to set it up with a mac first and get the hex password...

Tutorial on setting up PC side

With regards to the "Getting the Passcode for the Mac" section: It's a heck of a lot easier to launch the Airport Utility, go into the configuration of the base station, and choose "Equivalent network password" from the Base Station menu.

Thank you for the tips.
But I couldn't make it work.
So this is how I fixed the dealie.
I used duct tape to fix the problem.

1. I unhooked the airport.
2. I plugged the wire from the modem into my laptop.
3. I taped the cord that is now across my living room floor to the ground.
4. Now my internet works and no one else can use it.
:D
Truly. That's what I did.
