Learning to care for your Bimbo
Who knew?
Apparently there's a web game called Miss Bimbo that gives young members a Bimbo to take care of, earn money for, and alter their body to become more successful. CNN is up in arms about the site for it's "bad influence on children". While that may be the case, I can't seem to get into the fervor over this, I did grow up with "Bimbo" Barbie and, really, there's only so much blame one can cast. While, I probably wouldn't encourage a young girl to play this game I would hope she would at least understand the tongue in cheek approach I have toward the concept. The article did provide some excellent quote fodder, however. Quote:
I must go take care of my Bimbo now - or maybe that's just my "inner Bimbo" that needs caring for. ;) |
If you don't take care of your Webkinz pet, you eventually have to take it to the virtual vet. If you don't take care of your bimbo, does it become a crack whore? Or worse: does it get a job?

Oh, I take care of my bimbo juuuust fine, thankyoumostkindly.
While I usually roll my eyes at finger-pointing for causality (responsibility lies with the parents) I do think that this is a bit much and I wouldn't ever want my nieces given Quote:

So, we aren't talking about taking care of snack cakes I take it?
|
I've always had an eye for Little Debbie Snack Cakes - if that isn't a hooker name what is?

Can't adults have fun without kids getting in the way?
|
That's awesome!
Now even ugly girls can learn to be shallow and superficial in the Virtual World! And here is their soccer uniform: ![]() |
