Someone needs to do a real time link up of the worlds security cams and google earth - then we'll see everyone in 3D

I attended a presentation from a company working on this idea back when I was in library school. So that would be 1997.

Somebody will eventually get it to work ok but I've long since given up hope for any particular effort I see towards it.
