Ok, I get the two wheels on the stomach, but whats that thing pointing at his crotch? Is that to strengthen and enlarge his Uber Muscle?

I'm pretty sure that's a posture corrector. If he were to slouch......

I love all the health mechanisms of yesteryear. Not really a lot different from today's 'Buns O' Steal' and such. Remember that movie 'The Road to Wellville'?
