New Orleans Declares Sazerac Its Cocktail of Choice
 

Heard this today on NPR - brought me back to our Honeymoon in New Orleans when we were first introduced to this classic cocktail. I've carried Peychaud bitters in my bar ever since. Now that Absinthe is available, I feel I may have to revisit this one again soon. This is a great listen, as I love the sounds of a good cocktail being prepared,

I heard this on the way home. They did a great job on the sounds.

God I miss the drinks in N'Awlins.

Which is why I WON'T be listening to this piece.
