Music group recommendations wanted
 

So I'm planning to go to Eurockeennes this Friday night. I would love to go all three days, but my parents are in town and I don't want to abandon them, so I decided to just do a one day ticket. Here's the list of bands. Anyone have any experience with them, live or not?

Surprisingly the only name there other than Massive Attack that's familiar to me is Cat Power. She's not my cup of tea, but if you're a fan of female singer/songwriters, she's considered one of the best playing right now.

I'd wager that Euromeinke and Not Afraid saw them all last week in concert.

I like the Nortec Collective, so I'd check that one out - love to see how those techno-banda-oomp-pa-pas play to a European audience.
