New Couch

I've been saving for a new couch for a while now. With the proceeds from the garage sale, tips and my Arbonne check, I have enough to start looking. This is what I want.

However, this puppy is $2500. Way out of my current budget (not to mention the fact that, with as many animals as I have, spending that much on a couch would be just stupid). Thyere is also a leather couch I adore, but leather is NOT an option.

I was surfing the net looking for options when I found the manufacturer that produced the sofa pictures above. They are local, sell direct to the public, do custom work and have the same sofa for $949 (plus $45 delivery).

Score!

I'm going this afternoon to look at microfiber fabric choices and place an order. I should have it in 2 weeks.

If anyone is interested, here's a link to their site.

If this works out, I may be ordering a love seat and a chair in the future.

Wow, a gorgeous sofa!

This company also has a selection of modern and retro designs, if that's your thing.

Hmm, there's an ottoman or two in there that caught my eye.

Yeah, nice ottomans.

I also like this chair.

I wonder if I could mix this in with the rest of the weird mix of furniture?

I'd stay away from that ottoman if I were you. Remember the Ottoman Empire?

Nice couch... and I *love* that chair!

True, it is definitely bad manners for your furniture to go around slaughtering Armenians. I believe that would have been #26 on 3894's list.

My only regret is, this place does not deliver to me in SF. I've found all sorts of things I love. :(

Would that be a regret or something you are thankful for?
