Language Settings on my PC

Does anyone know what I have to do to get Chinese, Japanese characters to show up on pages I surf?

Anytime I get to a page with them, I get this:

I have a PC, Windows XP, Firefox...

Never mind. I fixed it.
It's something you have to select in Languages under Control Panel.
