PIMCO is sponsoring Free Friday Nights with 100 free tickets being distributed for each hour at 4, 5, 6 and 7 pm. (Additional tickets are available Friday nights for paying patrons.)

I really want to see these, but beyond that I will defer to a later time to commit fully....that is, until after more chime in with scheduling thoughts.

I would say a weekend, to start with. In September- by
October we're getting down to the wire, so there will more people there, which I'd like to avoid, particularly since GD mentioned a bottle-necking issue with the exhibit lay-out.

Beyond that, whenever's clever!

I have found that the best thing to do in a case like this is to throw a few potential dates out there on a poll. That seems to create the best momentum.

Come up with some possible dates and ask a Mod or Admin to add a poll.
