How to convert an M4V to QuickTime or burn to DVD

I purchased a short film off of iTunes Store and would like to be able to show it on my TV. I've been looking for a way to either burn it to DVD or at the very least, convert it to QuickTime. Does anyone here know a way to do that without forking out a big chunk of change? My googling has not been fruitful.

How big is the file? I can do it for you.

Unfortunately, if you purchased it from the iTunes store (instead of illegally downloading it), the DRM protection generally prohibits you from burning to a DVD.

Out of curiosity, what's the film?

There are ways around that with the right software. ;)

Try this free video converter called SUPER.

Works well for me.

Will that software work for Day of the Mold???

It might.

If that works on True Blood - I'll totally love you! Can't get my husband to watch it with me because "it's on the computer" and not the big tv. (I joke with him that he has no trouble watching porn that way - but whatever.) And I totally need someone to OMG with after the episode is over. ;)

It's a short film, but the file is 235 MB. Way too big to e-mail and I need it by Saturday. :(

But for a Google ad, that page was blank.
