Swanky XP Tip: Defrag your Boot Files...
...You can just defrag for boot files for a swankier boot-up time.
Head to Start -> "Run" -> And put "defrag c: -b" in the box, hit ok, nad it will do it's thang in a command window [you will not see any progress, but it's finished when the window closes]. ;) |
What does the -b switch do; it's not mentioned in the documentation.
|
Defrags the PreFetch folder, plus any locked service files at the next boot. :)
