How large can you make a Jello? I wonder if Monumental Jello sculpture is possible and what it might be like to interact with - particularly Lime

I would think at some point it's height would overcome the ability for the base to support it... unless perhaps you did the jello jigglers version which has more gelatin in it.

We've been very jello oriented aroudn the house lately as the boy did a science fair project on which fruits won't let jello gel.

Things we learned - even though canned pineapple says it's fresh on the can, it still gets cooked in the canning process and will not prevent your jello from gelling. Actual fresh pineapple though - does not let it gel at all. Not even a little.
