Let's Start This Year Over!

So far, 2009 hasn't been the best possible year. I can't even begin to list the challenges 2009 has presented to many of us so far.

When I'm having a particularly bad day, I have a little mind-warp trick I use that usually improves things. I just start the day over. So, I'm going to take the opportunity of the Chinese New Year and start the year over.

First Day of the Year of the Ox falls on 1/26/2009 or the year 4706 on the Chinese calendar.

Anyone with me?

JWBear 01-23-2009 11:26 AM

Ox is my year! Hell ya!

Snowflake 01-23-2009 11:32 AM

Hell, yes! I'm so there!

Capt Jack 01-23-2009 11:33 AM

Ox huh? my birth year animal
(1961)

in any case, since change is the only true constant, here's to a continual state of rebirth and renewal

so, sure. Im in. Happy 4706 folks

Happy New Year, everyone!

(Now please ignore the news of Nokia's record low profit and expected job cuts, okay? If I close my eyes it's not happening. LA LA LA!)

You'd have to do a Chinese/Ox version of a flaming desert.

Capt Jack 01-23-2009 11:37 AM
