Any phone system experts out there?
 

I'm looking for a phone system for a small office (say 5 people)

The main feature I need is a tie in to the office Intranet so that as soon as the phone rings, the PC pops up with that clients profile even before the phone is answered.

Any ideas?

I know nothing of such matters...

...however I'd say that regarding phone lines, you need a local person/business to help you out, as all that varies city to state to coast.

If it doesn't exist, patent it! Lots of companies would love just such a tool

VoIP can do that... we looked into it but ended up not needing a new phone system after all.
