Kevin and Bean, April Fool?
 

Listened to some Kevin and Bean this morning, and I think they were pulling a big one.

Here was the setup. Ralph Garmond (mainly does the movie reviews, but lately has been involved in a lot of the bits. Also hosted Joe Schmo on SpikeTV) is getting married. So the deal was, today the K&B show threw him a surprise bachelor party at Venice beach, which entailed free beer for anyone who showed up, and activities such as topless female volleyball. They were calling it a "Kevin and Bean Party Machine" and played random stuff (for instance, I heard a 50 cent song, not exactly KROQ).

Sounds too insane to me. I'm betting total joke, and they had some guy standing at Venice Beach pointing and laughing at anyone who showed up.

I heard that too. The first thing I thought was April Fools. I thought Ralph already got married?

Yea, I heard that too! It was so crazy and sounded like fun too. I was driving to work wishing I could go. I didn't even think it was an April Fools. Now I'm wondering!

sounds like the blink 182 concert they announced for the 909 out at Ontario Mills Mall and everyone showed up and there was nothing there... then they announced on the radio the joke was on all the 909ers ;)
