Yep, it's that time again.

Taco Tuesday?

Why yes, as a matter of fact it IS Taco Tuesday, but that's beside the point. Or should I say concurrent? Complimentary? Well, you get the point.

Well, every Tuesday is also Rubio's Fish Taco Tuesdays in which fish tacos are only $1.25 each, from 2:30 p.m. to closing at most locations.

The regular price of a "Rubio's World Famous Fish Taco" is $2.29: Rubio's original baja-style fish taco since 1983. Crispy beer-battered fish, shredded cabbage, mild salsa and tangy white sauce.

Anyway, ¡Feliz Cinco de Mayo! to those who celebrate or commemorate the day.

What is the big deal with submerging the mayonnaise?

Hmmm, I should make plans - or maybe I'll just buy a bottle of overpriced/overregulated tequila and drink away my sorrows. With a lime.
