Cicada Club

I'm sure several people here already know about this place, been there and done that, and are over it (I'm so un-with it sometimes that it hurts). But just in case...

The Cicada Club

I'd love to do a swanking there!

I'm here, too. We're watching the live feed to see if our neighbor Dave, who some of you met at our Lashpair Cocktail Party, shows up in uniform. He was the one who told us about this. He told us over dinner that he was going here and when I asked him about the interiors, he knew I'd love it since it's Art Deco; so we looked it up online. It was then that John found their live feed.

We understand it's sold out, so we hope Dave gets in. He should be in uniform.

I just checked the place out. Wow! Super swanky. What a fun place to go. Love the dress code too... keeps everyone in the mood. Their cocktail menu and dinner menu was fun to read.

I'm putting this on the list for 2011

And of course, I immediately thought of Lindyhop....

Lindyhop: do you ever go here?

Our neighbor Dave told us that the food is pricey...something like $10 for a very small salad. But then I guess people don't go there so much for the food as for the atmosphere and the dancing.

...and the drinks !
