So, my computer is freaking out. Any tips?

What's happening is the page is flashing whenever I type or scroll. It goes to white. Just started doing it? Any ideas?

(Besides throwing it thru the window?)

In all applications or just the Web browser?

Same when connected to another monitor?

Throwing it might be a good idea.....Motherboard dying quickly?

I have a laptop and IE. My IM seems ok but there's not much going on there.

Do you have an external monitor you could hook up to it?

Second question (first is "Is it turned on?" and we know it is) would be have you rebooted it and it still acts the same?

Could be many things, including the video card or display screen.

It will most likely need to be looked at by someone in the know.

I'm back. I got the blue screen right after this and I couldn't boot back into the computer so I just got the disks and reinstalled Windows. "Seem's" to be working now. But who knows.
