It must be Ju Koon Soon
A few nights ago, I was on the front porch when a medium sized female raccoon joined me for a snack of donated dog food. She wasn't afraid of me and was only about 3 feet away from me. She looked young but had enlarged teats so I figured she must have had a recent litter.
Last night I was on the porch when 3 little fuzzy uncoordinated baby racoons came through the gate and started munching on spilled dog food. They were about the cutest little things I've ever seen. I knocked on the window to try and get Chris' attention but it only served to bring Thurston to the door and chase them away. I think I'm going to have to hang out on the porch with a camera from now on. I think they went under the house because Thurston was scratching at the floors a bit later. He must've been made that there is a whole lot of cute competition. |
!!!!!!!!!
I am about to die of cuteness and I didn't even see a photo. |
Try your hardest to get pics....they have to be so adorable!

Feeding raccoons, as cute as they are, generally isn't a great idea.
That said, it has been a wonderful early summer of suburban wildife baby viewing for me in the last couple weeks. So far I have 1 fawn, 2 young jackrabbits, dozens of baby squirrels, and 3 young and downy burrowing owls. All very cute. |
Baby owls!!! I didn't think Alex could kill me with cuteness...

Stand back! I'm about to post a photo.

beats the possum and skunk that are fighting it out for dominance of the area under my house.
Im trying to coerce them both into taking it down the street somewhere so I can seal the access up without worrying about trapping one alive in there. cute...uh...not so much |
