I prefer sucking to blowing but that's just me. A standard vacuum with a horse hair attachment typically does a fairly good job (and is non conducting). If you do use the can be sure to let the PC cool off first and only use short bursts. That air comes out
very cold. Be sure the check the fan inside the case on the CPU if you have one.
