STEADY LIGHT SNOW WILL BEGIN OVER THE REGION SHORTLY BEFORE NOON.

SNOW WILL INTENSIFY DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON BEFORE TAPERING OFF TO SNOW SHOWERS THIS EVENING. EXPECT WIDESPREAD SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 TO 6 INCHES. LOCAL AMOUNTS OF UP TO 8 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE COEUR D'ALENE AREA.
