I changed my doctor to someone local and I'm trying to get an appointment. I'm not picky on doctors so I let Aetna pick the closest one.
Warning sign #1: Huge medical center that I'll probably have to park farther away than I live
Warning sign #2: On hold for the doctor's office forever, then get someone who asks again why I'm calling and they put me on hold again forever
Warning sign #3: No appointments on Mondays or Fridays for the next 4 weeks
Time to find some dinky practice with plenty mini-mall parking and a creepy doctor that no one wants to see.
