Your preparing for vacation sounds like what my Hubster has to do, Kevy Baby. He normally puts in a lot of hours but pre-vacation even more. Then, he gets phone calls during.
We were discussing a vacation we took while he was laid off. While we did worry at the back of our minds when {if?} he would go back to work, we enjoyed the fact he didn't have to rush
back for work or take any calls, worry about events, etc.
Now that he is back at work, he is lucky to get 3 days off. Even more difficult in a row. Our ten day 'CA trip' is now a 3 day Yosemite trip. Hopefully.
And, funny, but kids don't need hallucinogens. They are trippy all on their own.
