Swanky Chinese Restaurant in Los Alamitos
I keep forgetting to post this...

We ate at an incredible Chinese restaurant the other day. It's called the Fortune Cookie. The food is fabulous! The best Chinese I've had. It's in a cool mid-century modern building with a zen garden atrium, and is owned by a nutritionalist from Long Beach Memorial Hospital. The nutritional content of each dish is listed on the menu.

If you go, make sure you get the Honey Glazed Walnut Shrimp - it's orgasmic!

And, they deliver!!!
