I particularly liked the way he was "club room" this and "concierge" that. I mean, I love to fly first class and all, but I don't get a hotel room on points and the argue for upgrades and then complain about what I get, and THEN complain that non-Disney staff aren't up to his Disney spit-and-shine standards. He has some potentially legitimate gripes (like the room not being ready at 10pm), but he comes off as so astoundingly clueless that I have a hard time taking him seriously.
It's odd to me that a travel writer has apparently not read any other travel writers.
