I quit nearly 2 and 1/2 years ago, and even now get the occasional nic fit. I keep a stash of the 2 mg Commit lozenges handy- it's kept me from backsliding, and I like them much better than the gum. (They last longer as well). I would always cheat when I quit in the past, and give up because I was convinced I couldn't do it. Believe me, if I can quit, anyone can! Best of luck to you, Jack.
