Again, another example of the quality of cast member that the Disneyland Resort hires for cheap. I swear these new hires give me headaches!
I work with more than my share of "dumb and dumberer" cm's and it's a struggle not to just throw your hands up and scream! I'm still waiting for those "best and brightest" people HR said that they hire with the new hiring guidlines that they spoke of so highly at the union negotiations I sat in on last year. I'm not so sure I can maintain my sanity until that happens.
