You'd LOVE my Avocado Icecream.
It's made with 1 pint of Fresh softened vanilla icecream (over here we use Streets Blue Ribbon - it's the creamiest !)
You then blend it with 1 avocado, and the juice of 2 limes, and 1/4 cup of sugar.
Let re-freeze and serve. It's Heaven on a stick (or in a cone).
