My boss uses Dragon Speak. This is a voice recognition package for your computer that allows you to (amongst other things), dictate your typing. Unfortunately, he often does not proofread his work before sending.
In a recent email to a client, he accidentally sent the message before finishing. He then competed the email and resent it (and copied me). In the beginning of the email, he tried to explain the voice recognition error. His explanation closed with this sentence:

This email was not proof read & I use a voice recognition system for dictation so there are some words ago makes sense believes you know what happened!

As much as I would like to believe he wrote it this way intentionally for humour, he didn't. "Let me explain how I screwed up by screwing up the same way again."
