The MousePod - MousePod #22 - the long-awaited Dumbo show

So here’s the scoop: last year, when I planned to do the Dumbo MousePod, I got a ton of primo tape for the show. And it sat on my computer. And sat. Call it procrastination, call it “podcast fade”… whatever the terminology you choose - it meant no show for you and a major roadblock for me.
Well, something happened (I’m not sure exactly what) and I got off my butt and finished the darn show. The tapes - including an excellent DVD review with Aaron of the Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Pod and some great recordings featuring some familiar MousePod voices “on location” at Disneyland - were as good as I remembered.
Even with all of this quality material, I admit that I found this show something I needed to “get through” before I could move on and do even better things, so I decided to record the whole thing “live” with no edits. I queued up all of the clips and the music, turned on the mic and just went for it.
The result: you judge for yourself. Some of the levels vary wildly between clips - consider this a warning if you listen with headphones. The free association that can only come with bad notes and sleep deprivation is there in full force. But I think it’s a pretty good show. But I’m obviously biased.
Time for your feedback…
