I would be one of those people.

That was one of the main draws for us to book the transatlantic repo - 8 sea days, 6 of them consecutive in the middle of the ocean. Good times!

I think one of the reasons I love those days is that no one can reach me (unless they spend $8.99/minute to call or I spend money on the internet service) and I don't have to think about the world (unless I turn on CNN on the tv, and I avoid that like the plague). When I'm at sea, the whole world could go to hell in a handbasket, and I wouldn't want to know about it. To me, it's the ultimate vacation, mainly for those reasons. I get to spend a lot of time with my thoughts and personal interests, and am able to fully relax.
