To me, this is less the work of a renown portrait photographer than a testament to the "bluescreen and computers" side of imagery. I'd say it's those guys that deserve the headline, not Annie.

I agree- the backgrounds are clearly not the actual park locations.
But it's fitting, isn't it? The first-of-its-kind, Year of A Million Dreams celebration, which is neither a year long (15 months), nor the first of its kind (like Disney hasn't given prizes out on a regular basis as a maketing gimmick before), nor does it include 1 million prices (its actually 1.25 million).
I think it was a mistake to have any celebration this year; the 50th just ended, and at least that seemed like a cause for celebration. This is just 100% marketing, and its pretty transparent.
That being said...
I do like the pics. They are magical and Disneyish, but not cartoonish. Its nice.
