It's less than you see on a beach nowadays (at least at most of the beaches I go to ). I think it's hilarious - and if the mom & daughter are not worried about being seen together like that, then I'm sure not (assuming they are mom & daughter)

BTW: I reckon they are in the real New Orleans, because of the Beads.
