Woohoo! Made it a mile again. Timed it this time, ~10:20. Not particularly impressive when compared to the last mile I completed without collapsing (thirteen years ago, 6:08), but seeing as the next attempt I collapsed (and was subsequently diagnosed with exertional asthma) it's a marked improvement.

It seemed harder this time, but that's probably because I knew it was a mile. No longer was it "just 3 laps around the parking lot." It was one mile. Stupid brain.
